1. We do not have corsages and boutonnieres available in our coolers. Corsages and boutonnieres are made-to-order products. 

2. All orders must be placed a minimum of three days before an event. If your event is Saturday, Wednesday is the last day you can place an order. Sometimes we book up earlier, call, or come into place your order as soon as possible. 

3. All orders must be paid for when the order is placed. 

4. Corsages and Bouttonieres are custom-made to order and therefore, NO refunds are given if the order is not picked up during normal business hours. Please verify store hours and pick-up times. 

5. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations less than 48 hours before the pick-up date.
